Fiscal Responsibility

The City of Hinesville operates with a revenue budget of approximately 23 million dollars. As the custodians of the citizens funds, my administration will carefully analyze how we both generate and expend funds.  The citizens of Hinesville can expect accountability during the new administration.  I look forward to meeting with community members, city employees and stakeholders in order to discuss other innovative approaches to generating revenue and lessening the burden on Homeowners who pay property taxes.   Property taxes account for the majority of the revenue generation for the city, roughly 33%.
